President of the Hong Kong Energy Conservation Association – Prof. Ir Steve Wong has accepted the invitation by Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation ("APEC") as a speaker to present a topic “HK's policies and incentives to accelerate the adoption of lighting best practices” in the APEC Lighting Workshops 2016 from 2-3 June, 2016 in Bangkok, Thailand.
