“The Grand Leadership Award” “義務工作服務大獎”

President of Hong Kong Energy Conservation Association – Ir Prof. Steve Wong was awarded “The Grand Leadership Award” under the Professional Service Accreditation Programme by The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Hong Kong Council of Volunteering and the Agency for Volunteer Service in May 2015. 香港節能協會會長黃兆輝教授工程師在2015年5月 被香港工程師學會, 香港義務工作議會及 義務工作發展局 授予 2013-2014年度 “義務工作服務大獎”。
