Synopsis
 
As Director of Environment and Sustainability of BillionGroup Technologies Ltd., Mr. Tsang is responsible to supervise and undertake consultancy service relating to environmental protection, climate change and sustainable development.
         
Between 1980- 2015, he worked in Hong Kong Productivity Council and was the General Manager responsible for leading a team of 80 professionals to provide a wide range of environmental management services covering industrial pollution control, cleaner production, environmental engineering, resource reuse and recycling, energy and GHG management, environmental policy research and study, innovative environmental technology development and environmental analysis.  Has 33 years professional experience in pollution study, design of pollution control systems and laboratory quality control and assurance, environmental assessment and audit and development of environmental technologies and products.
 
From 1992 to 1994, worked in Coffey Partners International Pty Ltd as a Senior Environmental Scientist and an Environmental Engineer in Kelloggs (Australia) Pty Ltd.  The responsibilities covered odour emission control, water/wastewater engineering, industrial noise control, environmental audit and contaminated land assessment.
